The domain belonged to Gaillard de Tardes in the 16th century and later became part of the Rauzan estate. By 1855 that estate had been divided into Rauzan-Gassies, Rauzan-Ségla, Desmirail and Marquis de Terme. The Quié family bought it in 1945.
