In 1855 it was part of the Peyraguey estate, which was sold at auction on 26 June 1879; the highest part went to a Parisian pharmacist named Grillon and became Clos Haut-Peyraguey. The Pauly family ran it for most of the 20th century, and Bernard Magrez bought it in 2012.
